Terms

Last updated September 29, 2026

These terms cover your use of Profile Readout, a service run by House of Kapow, LLC (“we”). By placing an order you agree to them.

What you're buying

A written review of your LinkedIn presence, based on the LinkedIn data export you upload and the goal you describe. A full review costs $79, one time. A follow-up review, available about 60 days after your first report, costs $39 and compares your new export with the earlier one.

The review requires your export's Inferred Credibility Scores.csv file, along with Profile.csv, Positions.csv, and your Shares file. The upload step checks for these before you pay. If they're missing, we can't run the review and you won't be charged.

Timing

Your report arrives by email within one business day after your files are uploaded and your payment goes through. The time LinkedIn takes to prepare your export isn't included.

What we don't promise

LinkedIn doesn't publish how it ranks or rates members. We don't promise any change in your LinkedIn ratings, ranking, reach, followers, or business results. The report gives you specific work to do and a way to check whether it's getting a response.

Parts of each report are drafted with AI and reviewed by a person. Check suggested edits and posts for accuracy before you publish them. You are responsible for what you post on LinkedIn.

Independence from LinkedIn

Profile Readout is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. We only read data you download and upload yourself.

Your data and your report

Upload only your own LinkedIn export. You keep ownership of your data and of your report, and you may use the report however you like. How we handle your data is described on our privacy page.

Refunds

If you're not happy with your report, email hello@profilereadout.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
